PrintOutlet's guarantee covers the paper/card stock, print quality, the finishing of the product and delivery to you.
Print quality is directly proportionate to the quality of the files you send to us. Upon receipt of you file, we will check it for resolution and bleeds, and advise you if we think this require attention. The Content of your files is solely your responsibility and it is your responsibility to verify that the Content is exactly as you want. Content includes but is not limited to position of image(s), data, size of an item or graphic, font size, font style, color, source color quality, spelling and grammar.
Should PrintOutlet design your print for you, the Content will be exactly as you instruct us and we will provide you with a PDF proof for your approval prior to printing. It is your responsibility to verify that the Content is exactly as you want.
If the product you receive is defective as a result of PrintOutlet's negligence, then we will, for no charge, reprint and finish your item - without any changes to its Content - and ship it to you.
All claims must be made within 10 days of delivery of your order. PrintOutlet's liability for damages shall be limited exclusively to reprinting and shipping costs and PrintOutlet shall not be responsible for any subsequent losses or damages.
